José de Azas Award 2007.

The José de Azas Award, for 20 years professional service, the Award of the European Convention to the Metallic Construction Industry, the International Award “Alcantara Bridge”, the Award of the I Biennial Latin America of Civil Works and the Salvà i Campillo Award, are some of the many recognitions awarded to APIA XXI.

AWARDS

• 2007 José de Azas Award to 20 years of Company Development, awarded by Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de Cantabria
  
  Prize given by the Official Civil Engineering College of Cantabria to the APIA XXI Group on its 20th anniversary, a symbol of recognition for its overall business performance.

  
• 2001 Salvà i Campillo Award to the Most Original Project awarded by “Asociación Catalana de Ingenieros de Telecomunicaciones”
  
  Prize given by the Catalan Association of Telecommunication Engineers for the SISFOCDETIC project, consisting of an interrogation system, using fibre optics, for the measurement of distortion and temperature in civil works.

  
• 1996 Puente de Alcántara International Award to La Regenta Bridge-Arch in the Stretch: Novellana-Cadavedo, Asturias.
  
  International Alcántara Bridge Prize given for the Regenta Arch, a viaduct situated on the CN-632, between Ribadesella and Luarca. P.K. 133+560 to 155+880. Section: Novellana-Cadavedo, Asturias.

  
• 1994 Award to the Best Civil Work in the Community of Madrid for the M-40 motorway junction with N-I.
  
  Prize given by the Community of Madrid for the Project of the M-40 northern ring road, stretch 3: C-607from Madrid to Colmenar toVia Borde de Hortaleza. Link with the N-1 as best civil work undertaken in the Community of Madrid

  
• 1993 European Convention of Metal Construction Award to La Barqueta Bridge (Seville).
  
  European Convention Metallic Construction Prize for the Barqueta Bridge, an emblematic structure of EXPO ’92 in Seville
